Project Needs

All project needs are staffed through current employees and external hiring (if required).

Projects are staffed based on factors that may include, but are not limited to:

• Study needs, such as amount of work available, specific skills, or field-period length.
• Skill set required for each project, such as fluency in another language or expertise for special tasks
• Availability of each person to match the calling parameters of each project (it is your responsibility to maintain your current availability through our scheduling web site).
• Location (At Home or In Center).

For every staffing request, Westat experienced data collectors are considered first based on the above parameters; past performance and attendance are also considered.

The staffing team identifies the data collectors as per the project requirement and invitations/registrations is handled through the scheduling website.
